Antares is the premier choice for engineered hardwood floors in East and West Sussex. We specialise in the supply and fitting of high quality wood floors, from our three superb showrooms, in East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Lewes.
We opened our East Grinstead showroom in October 2018 and it is situated on the first floor at Mid Sussex Timber in Railway Approach. Entry is through the main door of Mid Sussex Timber and we are fully wheelchair and push chair accessible via the lift from ground floor to first floor. We are above the doors and stairs showroom which is rather convenient for you!

We can help you to choose the right wood floor for your space from our wide range of different finishes and styles. Whether your tastes are heavy rustic grade with knots and splits, brushing or hand-scraping for added texture, or if you prefer a smooth sanded finish and clean grade, we have a myriad of different choices on display in our showrooms. And did we mention colour? From pale and interesting, to warm and smoked, to the downright dark and dangerous, whatever your preferred colour palette, we have the perfect floor to complete your own personal interior design project.

We pride ourselves on offering high quality products, fitting and advice. From your initial enquiry through to completion and beyond with our excellent aftercare knowledge and care products. We offer a professional fitting service, although our floors are available on a Supply Only basis should you require it. In practice, we are proud to say that we fit over 95% of the floors we sell. This ensures that you get the finished result you’re looking for. But don’t just take our word for it. We’re confident that when you visit one of our showrooms, where you can see and touch our extensive range, you’ll find the wood floor that’s right for you. Our East Grinstead showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Our Haywards Heath and Lewes showrooms are open Tuesday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, and Saturday between 10am and 5pm. Our friendly, helpful and informed staff are always happy to talk you through the options available.
